"We did not have the breakfast but did try the dinner buffet and was told it was new to them but I definitely would not eat that again! They were very accommodating re heating the meal for us in the microwave but not worth $25 per person. They did remove the charge for us which was very helpful. We tipped the waiter just the same we knew it wasn't his fault he was great! Parking was tough because there was a banquet at the hotel but other than that we would love to come back because of the wonderful staff and our room was fantastic!"

"The only drawback of this hotel is the Storyteller restaurant and lounge. It's such a beautiful room but the options there are so limited if you want to just relax and have a drink or small bite in the afternoon. I was there with my family from 3pm - 5pm and we managed to get coffee and one iced tea but it was not as easy as you'd think for such a lovely room and bar."

"I arrived late during check in on 3/28 after 3pm. And no issues at all. Yes some maintenance is needed at the room I stayed. The major one I experienced was the window binds shades. Earlier the staff assisted me with it. I pointed that out to her and advised she will reach out to the maintenance person about that. Overall, it’s quiet and peaceful to some extent. I did enjoy my stay and will be booking here in near future. I enjoyed it! Another update is that hopefully they will upgrade their breakfast selection. Hope that other travelers will book here as well. "

"Only hot option was hard boiled eggs. Toaster only toasted light, even on dark option. Place was clean and organized. No vending machines anywhere in the building. Our room on the third floor smelled like dirty socks unless the AC was on. The thermostat only worked when it wanted to. Saw the front desk lady throw her cigarette down in front of the main door on her way in. "

"The breakfast menu was fresh and the coffee at all times was a nice perk. The staff at checkout was rude and even though we had asked for adjoining rooms, we were not provided that at check in. We were instead given rooms on opposite floors. There was something spilled on the side table and something on the bottom of the bathroom door. "
