「I can’t think of anything negative aside from the lift that is very slow but it didn’t matter, I love taking the stairs. Service was great, place is immaculate, our server, Will, was very engaging and easy to get to pubs and restaurants as well. Also, if you’re not driving, you can just walk from the train station. The walk is ten minutes but it will feel that you’re just walking in a park. Absolutely lovely! I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again.」

「This is a nice, comfortable, convenient hotel, at a very reasonable price. Staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is outstanding. Our main complaint was service at dinner (at least for later dinners) which was incredibly slow. 」

「This was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff who were always ready to help, offering glasses of chilled water in the spacious and well-furnished public rooms and alcohol in the evenings. We stayed in the large Shakespeare room, often used as a Bridal Suite. The spa is great, with a good sized pool, a jacuzzi and unusual sauna. 「Great location for our East Anglia base. Service was excellent and the staff very helpful. We stayed in the new wing which is spotless albeit spartan. Would be nice to have a micro and fridge. I didn’t play golf but think the management could put some investment towards course improvements. Someone told me there’s a focus on wedding bookings. I would say that marketing as a golf resort would compliment the wedding business nicely. In order to do this you have to have a really nice course and...
