「Dirty room, no security, broken door, formally a smoking room, staff just plain is no good, less then one star is better」

「The room is clean and the position is quite good for Costco and Starbucks are quite near. But the basin in the bathroom is really small, besides, water in the pool is not very clean. 」

「The room was dirty, from Old pee that had dried around the toilet with a bunch of hairs to grey soap scum in the bathtub & cobwebs on the ceiling. We also found random bits of things on the floor, a wrapper, a bandaid between the bed and the nightstand. It’s an older hotel but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be properly cleaned.
