"I would like to share our experience at TS Suites to help others with the difficult decision of picking a hotel in Bali. Now, I am no hotel connoisseur, but I know something good when I see it. Upon our arrival, we were treated like royalty, our luggage was swiftly taken to our room, while we were checking in. When we got to our room I was amazed with how spacious the room was, with a huge king size bed, a little balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a free standing tub, a huge shower and vanity. The buffet breakfast is rather expansive, with an asian option, western style breakfast, and continental, and no holds barred. For a big eater like myself, it was heavenly. The hotel has a fully equipped gym for the health nuts out there, and a spa where you can get those lactic acids kneaded out of your tender limbs. The pool area is also superb, with staff who became like family over our stay. Now there are a few things that could make the place even better, but not negatives, just little things like adding shaded area to the pool, for sun shy folks like me or maybe adding a bit more closet space in the room, as well as maybe adding a retractable clothes line in the bathroom for the wet swimming clobber. For the lazy holidaymakers, the hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle to and from Double Six beach, which is definitely within walking distance, but why walk if you can ride I say. All and all I can definitely recommend this hotel and its staff to anyone."

"Amazing stay"

"The room was spotless, the only thing that I would recommend to make a deep clean is the Jacuzzi tub outside. There were some green slime around the jet rings they can do some cleaning to remove the algae growth on them. We didn't use it after seeing that around the tub jets. The afternoon tea was ok. I would rather see the leftovers (from breakfast) steam corns and potatoes for tea. I'd like to see more food and tea selections. The buffet breakfast were amazing. The staffs were able to cook a variety of Indonesian foods daily amongst with other cuisine such as western foods and Indian foods. They were scrumptious and freshly juices are the best. The staffs were very helpful and definitely accommodating to our needs. Indah and Sugang (the guest hospitality staff spelled name?); they were very kind and super helpful for the duration of our stay. We stayed there 8 days and love every minutes of it. Hendra was also very helpful with our luggages and getting our transportation. We definitely missed it already!! From getting the transportation to the hotel to sight seeing the staffs were always there to help out. Massage: We had our first massage at the hotel and sadly we didn't really enjoy it. The face cradle was not comfortable, when the masseuse was massaging on the shoulder, felt like she was choking me as my face pressed down into the hole and my throat was pressed against the cradle. Was really painful and it was not soft. Use softer sheet would help. "

"10/10 incredible place. Unbelievable value for money. Beautiful Balinese style resort full of nature and animals 💚🍃 massive pool, beautiful villas, attentive housekeeping and good buffet breakfast. By far the thing that made me happiest were the staff - helpful, friendly and kind. Happy to help with every single request, within minutes, and always with a smile. It felt nice coming home to see these friendly faces every day 😊 I’ve been coming to Seminyak for 15 years and will now be a repeat visitor to Lumbung. Cannot wait to go back! "
