Really lousy hotel

We chose the hotel because of its good rating (>8), but this is not at all true to the current state. The rooms had the basics, but were not clean (except for the sheets), borderlining dirty also in the washrooms, and with no toilet paper. We found /got rid of two cockroaches. It was noisy in the night and in the morning since windows faced a back alley. The staff was rather uninterested in ud upon arrival at night and did not inform us about the breakfast hours, so we missed it in the morning. The hotel is situated in a cheap railway type area with a many low budget hotels and restaurants, but feels reasonable safe. We found a good veg food restaurant, late in the evening opposite to the railway st. The main uplifting episode at the hotel was that the receptionist helped us in the morning to book a taxi.

Everything was awesome. Only internet did not work here at all. Given that the trip was for 1 night only, I managed using the cell-phone data. Tried reaching front desk several times, they used to give a new credential each time that worked for few mins ALSO only 1 device, 1 user. In this world of IOT what does 1 device 1 user do? WIFI doesn't work at all !!
