"Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views. Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. "The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and highly informative throughout our stay. The cafeteria offered an excellent variety of food choices, all of which were enjoyable. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and the view from the room was absolutely phenomenal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family."

"Beautiful property with attentive staff, however missing a few marks to be considered a 5 star lodge. A room for 2 only came with 1 hand towel and no wash clothes. The shower needs a floor mat. It is dangerously slippery when wet. Slippers are provided, but no bathrobes. These touches make a huge difference. Handrails along the stairs outside leading up to the restaurant as well as inside our suite were non existent making this another dangerous area. Breakfast was acceptable but dinner most nights needs major help. With the property at the top of a windy road you are captive. The chicken was boney, fish was minimal and sauces were blah. Just our opinion but we were disappointed."

"Bridget was the most pleasant and helpful. She made the experience so pleasant. We had a mosquito situation outside the hotel, in the lobby and even in our room. She immediately got pest control to our room. And explained that the fumigation triggered the situation. The issue was not big compared to how she handled it professionally. We loved the breakfast. Rooms were clean and perfect. We felt very welcomed. Our kids loved the property and Bridget :) "

"This hotel needs a massive update. Our room is very dated and old, there was garbage in the corner, where the curtains are, and this was not removed and it is in general need of a massive upgrade. This is not what I expected of the Le Meridien brand. Also, the reviews do not reflect the current state of the hotel.. I would not recommend this and suggest it is a three star at best. Also, the food was not great. We ordered pakoras for lunch and they were cold. Staff were nice but no one went out out of their way. "
