「This is a lovely old hotel, recently refurbished I would imagine, in the centre of Cognac. Staff were friendly with a good command of English and our room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic shower! Breakfast was very good too! Parking is available but as we visited on a weekend we were able to park on the street outside for free. The hotel is very well located for bars and restaurants as well as the major brandy houses.」

「Lovely out of the way hotel. Stop over on a long business trip and was very happy to find this charming residence. Helpful staff as my grasp of the French language is somewhat limited. Chef was ill on our night, so couldn't sample the wares, but local restaurants only 5mins away by car. Room was nice and bright, though could certainly benefit from air conditioning as was very warm. A fan was provided. Would certainly stay again.」
