「Exceptional accommodation, very slick and ultra modern, perhaps out of character for a vineyard district. Wonderful service staff however hotel is quite unconnected with food and beverage operators so between having to dine offsite and disappointing experience when a table became available, I suggest using this hotel only for luxurious bedding.」

「Pretty hotel in the centre of Cognac. We stayed two nights and the staff was friendlyand helpful. Had breakfast the second day and that was good. Nice walking distance to everything. Paid a short visit to the spa area where we had the whole place to ourselves.」

「View is nice, bed is comfortable, although there were bugs season according to the manager, lots of bugs tried to get inside , but the room is very clean, the lady hotel manager was very friendly and politely welcome us every time we backed to the hotel ,neighborhood is so quiet and can do running/walking along a river.
