「We and friends had a 2 night stay . Day 1 no hot water in our room . Front desk did not know how to open room safe so we couldn’t use it . Front desk did not want to help us call a taxi and was very uninterested in her job. Very basic rooms with no bedside lamp for reading, just one ceiling bulb. Did not make our rooms up during our stay even though there were friendly cleaning staff so we had to go downstairs to get our own toilet paper. 「El lugar no está nada mal, pero si eliges los medio departamentos pensando en que puedes cocinar ten en cuenta que no hay ni trastes ni estufa para poder hacerlo. La alberca cuando llegamos estaba sucia y fuera de servicio y la activaron hasta en la tarde ya que hacía frío y el agua pues está súper fría entonces no la pudimos utilizar y eso es un punto en contra porque habíamos elegido este lugar por la alberca justamente.
