"Princess Heights offered one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had on a Caribbean Island in a long time. If you’re not a resort kind of person, then this condo style hotel is perfect. The front desk staff are so gracious and help with taxi accommodations and restaurant recommendations. Housekeeping was attentive and stopped by daily to restock. Best of all was the view from our terraces- it was absolutely breathtaking and I fell asleep to the crashing of the waves on Dawn beach each night. I will be returning to Princess Heights very soon. "

"Outstanding area of St Martin, very safe, quiet, wonderful restaurants, Bread and Butter Bakery and store close by, excellent access to Orient Beach or to Bobby’s Marina and Phillipsburg. The rooms at the hotel are large with everything you need, sunsets overlooking Oyster Pond. Truly a perfect location on the island as you can avoid a lot of the traffic in other areas. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to again soon. "
