「Nous avons été agréablement surpris par notre arrêt à Cobá! L’hôtel est simple mais propre. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et nous étions seuls sur la belle terrasse sur le toit. C’est parfait comme emplacement, tant pour l’épicerie en dessous, les restos et les ruines à 10 minutes à pieds et aussi Tulum et Valladolid pas trop loin. Le personnel était aimable et faisait tout pour répondre à nos demandes, donc statisfaits pour le petit prix! 」

「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic...

「We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!」
