"My wife became sick during our stay. The staff was incredible from the late night guards who helped me with new bed linens at 3:30 am to the girl working the front desk who helped me with a taxi to the pharmacy for meds. The wait staff in the restaraunt prepared tea for my wife. I cant say enough good things about this hotel. Thank you so much for all your help"

"Impressive hotel, as you would expect with Sheraton. Staff all really helpful, and pleasant, all spoke excellent english. Lovely room, very easy access from the street with underground free parking which was very accessible. Lovely bar and food in restaurants, breakfast excellent. Great location."
