「It was a very pleasant stay. Yun(Spanish speaking) was very nice and helpful. I would highly consider this hotel for my next visit to Jacksonville. Thank you.」

「Clean room & friendly staff.」

「Breakfast was good.」

「Room was great staff was awesome」

「The room was average. The convenience of having a kitchenette was fine. The cleanliness was mediocre.」

「The hotel was overall very clean place. The only issue is the huge word buck that was under the pullout bed. I called the friendly staffer and she told me that they were native to the area and that when it rains, they come out it definitely startled me and it was very huge. Other than that she was extremely accommodating and also offered to kill it. The breakfast in the morning was not the worst, and they serve after the hour listed. The beds were comfortable in the area was clean and quiet.」

「The worst hotel experience of my life. I’m 51 years old and I’ve traveled to many countries including developing countries and almost every state in the USA. 」

「Need to pay attention to more detail. Lights was never on in parking lot」
