"Lovely quaint cottage, full of character, with the bonus of a quiet garden overlooking the countryside. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host has left lots of information for you to enjoy your visit and even left us a lovely cake!
Just be aware it is a very narrow road to get to the cottage"

"Very basic accommodation in need of a complete redecoration/refit. Upstairs bathroom shower waste was blocked caused a small flood. Flat above an off licence, in a dreary street. OK for one night if passing though."

"Kelly was absolutely lovely. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and was very attentive throughout my stay. The place was spotless, comfortable, cozy and well equipped, and the scones on arrival were a lovely touch. Thank you so much — would love to come again!"

This is my second time staying here and I cannot recommend it enough! The included breakfast is delicious, and has vegan options that are filling. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The bar is lovely to hang out in at night. Easy walking distance to everything!

The Globe is perfectly located in the middle of town within walking distance to shops and waterfront.
They offered a great breakfast and dinner menu alongside a cozy pub atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent and our room was perfectly clean and restocked when we came back every day!
The Sticky Toffee Pudding was Amazing!

The lobby, bar and restaurant have an elegant and timeless feel. I loved relaxing on the terrace with a cup of tea and a book. The room was large but my air conditioner didn’t work and the bed felt worn/old. I mentioned it to the desk and they put a mattress topper on the bed which really fixed the issue. The windows opened and in late August with the fan in the room - I was comfortable. The comfort of the rest of the hotel and the fantastic sauna, pool and hot tub made up for the bed and air...

We've been in England for 16 days and stayed at 9 Hotels/BB's. Silverton Inn by far wins for the best bedding ever. We've stayed from budget to Castle Luxury. I never knew what I was missing. The room was large, exceptionally immaculate, decorated perfectly, (not dated) staff was extremely friendly. The Bar / Restaurant was really fun with locals and very good food and reasonably priced. Breakfast...Yum! If you're considering this location just say yes. You won't be disappointed. Did I...
