"Large room and comfy bed. But very cold I was told as I left the heating wasn't working. It would have been nice to no that. Thin walls and doors as there was a group of men screaming and shouting outside my door at 1am"

We went with our three kids and from the moment we got there they were enchanted. Stuffed animals waiting for them in the rooms. The kindness and fun of everyone interacting with them was outstanding. And Mike with the falconry gave us the best, most thorough, interesting experience I could have ever asked for. It was such a fairy tale experience. "
