「1 Star — Unacceptable Customer Service and Zero Accountability
Our stay at Sailor Jack’s was unacceptable, and management’s response was even worse.
Around 1:15–1:30 a.m., we were jolted awake by a television blasting from the room below us. My husband endured hours of banging and pounding afterward. I attempted to call the hotel, but there was no way to reach anyone or leave a message.
The next morning, I reported the disturbance and was promised a call from the owner regarding compensation....
「It’s pet friendly. Staff was very helpful. My girlfriend forgot her pillow they called me and they hold on to it until we returned back from our road trip, that was 4 days later.」
