「My dad and I always stay here due to its proximity to Carowinds. The Comfort Inn continues to deliver. The beds are extremely comfy and rooms get dark at night, thanks to the blackout curtains. Breakfast is always a plus: well-stocked and plenty of options. Staff is great and takes care of their guests. Pool is a fun amenity at end of the day. Plenty of dining options nearby. If you want to go into Uptown Charlotte, this hotel is also close enough. This hotel is always my first option when...

「 ⸻ Incredible new hotel! What stood out the most was the excellent customer service across the board. Zara at the front desk was especially sweet, kind, and always went out of her way to make sure every need was met. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety. I truly felt like I was being treated as if I were at home. Highly recommended!」
