Property was ok, however there was No parking, next door beside our room was the horse stables for the Cobb n Co coach facilities and was noisy in the morning but not smelly. The AC in the room was very old and very noisy and was unable to sleep with it on. The general area was a little grotty, but inside the room was generally clean

We we very happy with the family room arrangement that was readily accessed on the ground floor and within an easy flat walk for one of us who is 80 and has bad knees. There is nothing bad about this hotel motel, which was a home a way from home for our family for one hot evening in October.

Had a short stop over after a few long days travelling. Very pleasantly surprised, great sized room, very clean and with everything I needed. Our unit was huge with a walk-in robe and very roomy bathroom. The washing machine was free and pegs were available to hang out the washing. Dining was very convenient and the menu was comprehensive. Overall score of 4.8.

There were cobwebs in the corners, dirty marks on the doors and walls, the fridge/freezer hadn't been defrosted for months by the look of it. The toilet had poo splattered around the top of the bowl & under the seat. The door was unlocked when we arrived. On the upside, the sheets were clean and the meal at the pub was nice.
