"Staff are ok, hotel needs updating. Rooms are dated, bathroom needs a good clean, didn’t like the hair in the plug in the bath. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Bar area not clean, lack of staff willing to service. Food ok, definitely reheated. Breakfast was ok, but they need to tell you it’s not just full English for £9.95 and provide the menu on check-in. Young lady on breakfast provided an excellent service, although tables not cleaned, no cutlery, napkins, cups or glasses. Had to ask for everything. Really understand why the Premier Inn and Ramada was full, definitely better planning next time and look at reviews. "

"The room was ok. The staff was neutral. What made our stay terrible was the breakfast, there was only 1 waitress for at least 8 tables, of course she was overwhelmed. The breakfast was buffet but even arriving 1 hr before it finished, didn't guarantee having a tasty breakfast; most of the dishes were gone (i.e. waffles). It was such a mess that some people opted to prepare their own breakfast with the appliances available in the breakfast bar (toaster, oven, kettle). We will never come back to this hotel."

"A really good enjoyable long weekend stay. Room and hotel was clean, furniture matched giving the hotel a good look. Staff were friendly and helpful. A really lovey view over the coast fro the bedroom. Easy to park in hotel car park. Really enjoyed pool and jacuzzi facility. A good breakfast, had scrambled eggs&smoked salmon each morning never had so much salmon on a breakfast before - Loved it."
