Courtney C., at the reception, went above and beyond, speaking to her manager, and then reaching out to Hotels.com to get a refund for me because I had to check out one day early. I checked out in the afternoon, so most hotels would charge you a full night's price anyways especially if it was already paid through a third party. And she followed up with a nice personal email later. (Let's see if Hotels.com comes through, they've been terrible before). "
