「The room was clean and nicely decorated, close to the beach and restaurants, the staff is welcoming and friendly」

「You won’t be disappointed as this is one of my favorite places to go for a summer vacation. It has everything you need and it is great for weddings, couples and families! Also, it is a close drive to other beaches and shops. They did a wonderful job for my daughter’s wedding in 2020. I just recently went back for a relaxing trip and I will definitely return. Great staff and mesmerizing view of the ocean.」

「The bar outside still closed from last years stay as it was this past weekend :( There was no hair blower in our room 109 but there was one in my sons room, 310. The breakfast area was nice and coffee too. Friendly reception and good welcoming from the desk employees. The place needs more parking area for people coming back from a later diner time around 8:30 pm.」

「Great location - right across from the ocean. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The grounds were beautiful with the flowers and green lawns in early/mid June. The amenities were great with 3 pools on the property. There are several places to sit outside and take in the views. The room was a little outdated and definitely had thin walls and floors. There was a family above us that had a very rambunctious toddler and we could hear every heavy footed step. That was rough but...

「From start to finish nothing but the most excellent experience! Welcomed by the nicest folks at the front desk you could hope to meet The manager Andy was top notch as well ! The room was something you could only dream about .! The view from the balcony was second to none If you want a so, so hotel don’t stay at the Nevada as this hotel is nothing but stellar in all realms ! It was so impressive I booked a year in advance !!!!」

「Bathrooms were dirty in the corners and walls. Room ac was good but halls and lobby were very hot. Pool had a mildew smell. Check out was 11 am but staff tried to enter a little after 8 am even with a do not disturb sign on the door.」

「Gorgeous old place 」

「This is a lovely place. The rooms were clean and the decor was thoughtfully chosen — not overbearing or kitschy. The kitchenette had all the necessary dishes, utensils and pots. The small grounds were nice and conducive to ready. The location was great. Very close to downtown Portsmouth and the price was reasonable, especially when compared with those just a couple of miles away in Portsmouth.」
