"My friend and I chose this hotel purely for its location, which was amazing. If you’re planning to attend anything at Progressive Field or Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, the location truly can’t be beat. You also have very easy access to the casino, which was a huge plus.
However, there was only one working elevator and no real amenities that we noticed, which I could overlook. The one thing I cannot forgive was the lack of air conditioning in our room. We turned the thermostat down before we went out, but when we returned, there was no change at all. I called the front desk, and they said they would “reset it from down there,” but unfortunately nothing improved. We ended up sweating all night, and it was incredibly uncomfortable.
For the amount we paid for just one night, especially when we were mainly paying for convenience and location, I expected a much more comfortable stay."
