Ok, this place is great! The check-in process was a little odd...check in at 4pm, told room wasn't ready so they "upgraded" us....thanks...I think 🤔 Derek was great at getting us all lined up and gave us a map, information on where pools, restaurants and such are located on the property as well ...

The staff was really nice and helpful. They gave the room upgrade for free and when we realize there is plumbing issue with the room they changed our room right away
