"I stayed at this property during the Valspar event and had a 10 day stay. After a 6am flight from NY, I was hoping for an early check in, but was denied and told to come back at 4pm. Okay. Understandable. I came back at 4:30 and was told that there was construction going on and that they would move my room to a quieter area for my comfort. I don't know what my original room was, but the room that I was moved to had construction directly above it. People doing flooring; all sorts of banging throughout the day (which ended around 6pm each day.) I asked if there were any other rooms available and was told that another room would be available later that day (day 3) and they would call me. They never called. The elevators didn't work. The tile in the lobby was being redone and there were bizarrely roped off areas each day causing people to have to walk in/out of opposite entrances/exits. A three day tile job lasted the length of my stay and, at that pace, looked to have another week or two left. The room itself was fine. For $400+/night.... I'll be going elsewhere on my next visit to the area."

"The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was large and faced the water. It was clean and the bed was very comfy. The pool and the hot tub were cold and dirty. The free breakfast in the am is just your standard breakfast . If you’re looking for a vacation hotel this one is not for you ."
