Also when I checked in they gave me the wrong room and I had to carry all my stuff back down so they can give me the right room"

Even though I am not disabled, the lack of these accommodations in common areas was noticeable. There is one elevator at the very back of the building, and probably no more than 4 staircases (but only two floors). Again, an excellent place to stay. "
