「Property is in a quite condo complex. Several amenities. However, the condo itself is very “wet” feeling. We immediately noticed they have a moisture problem of some sort. Back door to the office area leaked. 」

「Arrived at the condo at 6:30 when check-in was 4:00,due to traffic and the condo was completely filthy. That maid has not been there. Called and told them we needed someone to come. He said it would take him an 1 hr45 minutes to get there so we had to sit in our car literally 2 1/2 hours.. They offered us $100 for inconvenience to go out to dinner which we had 30 minutes to plow down some food , after returning from dinner to our surprise we found out as we went to bed.
