「Our room had a terrible smell. When we asked about changing rooms because of the smell, we were told that they were sold out. They didn't have another pillow so that my son could have 2 pillows for the pull-out. We also were not given a bath mat. The blinds didnt work and had little holes in them (and there was a wash cloth stuck at the top of the blinds?). When I asked about the guarantee that hangs for customers to read by the front desk (it says something about how they will make it...
