「Spacious and clean」

「Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The front staff was friendly, our room was spacious, beautiful and clean, and they made our bad luck turn into good luck by staying at a nicer hotel. 」
