「Good afternoon. I wanted to follow up with you to express our displeasure with the accommodations. The place overall was disgustingly dirty. Every room was unacceptable from the aspect of cleanliness. We had to sweep, mop, clean the dining room table, wipe the counters, wipe up the the bathrooms, etc. In addition, The hot water did not work. The a/c did not work in the living room/dining area. There was no mirror nor a television in one of the bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there...

「The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again」

「Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!」

「Property seems overpriced. Communication is an issue. Hard to reach the front desk or whoever is assigned. Not a good spot in my view for last minute bookings. Other previous reviews did justice. 」

「When I vacation I usual stay at a hotel or a resort but this time I decided to do something different and am more than glad that I did. Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here. I can’t wait to come back again! Loved it.」
