"Needed a 2nd night booked because i never got a response about my early check in request. Grounds and location were perfect for our stay. Annoyed that there was an obvious water glood (broken sprinkler or something) in parking lot. We were hoping over puddles of water to get to our car each day. Not to mention the waste of water in general. Beds (2 doubles) could be more comfortable. Rooms need some renovations or face lifts. Overall we still really enjoyed the grandness and se lution of the resorts location considering the rougher neighborhoods that surround it. Staff was good. Valley guy or person at the parking podium could have been a little more attentive and taken initiative to approach me as i pulled up. Really wish you offerred room service. Instead of requiring me to order then go down to pick up my food... we will still be back considering all this. Just feedback."

"I've been loyal to Ayres Suites for over 13 years, and Diamond Bar was my first location. It set the standard for warm hospitality, clean rooms, and consistent quality across the brand. Whenever we’re in town for races, I book here without hesitation. During our recent Mt. SAC trip, we hoped for a late checkout due to a later race start. Breana at check-in was friendly and said it should be fine. But the next morning, Sylvia firmly denied the request, citing fairness to cleaning staff and other teams. She suggested that we leave the race early. (Insert eyeroll here. Perhaps only run 1/2 the race?) We respected her stance and returned post-race at 12:02 PM. Our room cards had been deactivated, but Sylvia reactivated them briefly, admonishing us it wasn’t a late checkout. She also said that she had sent another employee to our room to make sure that we were out and to ignore him. I wondered if she sent him to everyone's room immediately at noon? Yet, I saw him walking from my room only towards the front desk. Hmm? We grabbed our bags and checked out without issue, though cleaning staff were still working in other rooms. Despite that hiccup, the stay was excellent. Room 122 was spotless, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept pain-free for the first time in months. Breakfast was standard but satisfying, with friendly kitchen staff. I just wish we’d had that extra half-hour to avoid the scramble. We’ll be back for future races—and Ayres Diamond Bar remains my top pick."

"Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was fresh and amazing. I had enough towels, tissue and warm blankets. The front desk was great. She was kind, welcoming and friendly. I want to give a special shout out to Trevor and John for checking in on me and making sure that I had all I needed and always made sure to let me know about the breakfast times. Since I checked in they both were welcoming and attentive. It was my first time staying here and I will definitely stay again as well as recommend it. Thank you Staff! Trevor and John !! You guys really made a difference in my experience and I appreciate you! "
