Arthur’s is a lovely hotel, right in the heart of town and walking distance from some great restaurants and bars. The rooms are stunning! Beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Breakfast is also great. I will always choose to stay here whenever I’m over :)」

Staff were friendly and professional, but also made a fuss of the children and made them feel special, which was just lovely, especially for the birthday girl! Hotel was clean throughout, comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless, breakfast and dinner were both excellent and the kids loved the pool also. Overall a fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!」

「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」

「The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. 」
