「I was here for a exhibition in San Diego Convention Center. Good: The location of this hotel is excellent, lots of cafes and restaurants in the neiborhood, supermarket is also not far. The employee are well trained, very hospital. I'd like to thank David for his extraordinary services that makes me feel like at home. 「When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75. I don’t mind choosing a room with a balcony, but I can guarantee the window in a balcony room is smaller than the one in your bathroom at home. It...

「We had a really nice stay at the Westin! Overall things were great. Two notes: 1) our tv lost internet connection on our last night. This was a known issue we didn’t find out about until checkout. 2) the resort fee benefits weren’t super useful to us, I wish we could have opted out.」
