El Hotel no contaba con muchos huéspedes, sin embargo nos dieron una habitación la cual no tenia agua caliente, el baño no contaba con ventilación de ningún tipo, la puerta del baño no cerraba, el internet no servía correctamente. Poca limpieza en general.

Lamentable la instalación no me querían dar la habitación reservada querían que pagará de más,no funcionó la televisión ni sistema de cable no tenía agua caliente se filtraba un olor desagradable en lo personal quedé decepcionado del lugar

The staff at the moment we arrived didn’t know what to do because they didn’t know anything about the reservation. The room doesn’t have toilet paper. No hot water and is car noises all night.

No hay estacionamiento , si hay aire e internet pero es muy austero , una cama incómoda y vieja , no había contactos en mi cuarto , salvo el de la televisión a lo que tuve que bajar a recepción y hay me di cuenta que la gente llegaba y quería bañarse y no había agua después oí gritos y bajo un cliente diciendo que había una rata en su cuarto después salí a cenar y sorpresa , inundando el chico de la recepción tratando de secar , mi cuarto lleno de agua, mis maletas mojadas ya que no había ningún closet para guardar la ropa avise que no me quedaría más en el lugar y el dueño dijo que me regresaría mi dinero yo salí al día siguiente ya que se tenía la idea de cupo total en otros hoteles pero afortunadamente al primer hotel que paré encontré y otro inconveniente es que el señor Cristian no me regreso mi dinero y jamás me contesto ni volvió a dar cara poniendo a los empleados que mucho hacen por atender

Anuncia que tienes estacionamiento y es mentira, anuncia room service y es otra mentira ,no cuenta con computadora para checar reservaciones ,lo único rescatable es la señora de recepción, que hace lo que puede con lo poco que tiene

No es un hotel turístico, más bien le rentan los cuartos a personas que tienen familiares internados en el hospital general que está a un lado, está muy viejo todo, el cuarto que nos dieron no servía en aire , pedimos otro cuarto, el personas dentro de lo que cabe nos atendió bien , pero el lugar muy feo.

La verdad yo lo utilizaría como último recurso.

No encontramos otro porque el viaje fué de último momento, y cd valles tiene pocos hoteles y ya estaban llenos, te saca del apuro, pero definitivamente no es un hotel que yo escogería nuevamente; el aire acondicionado todo el tiempo estaba chorreando agua, los colchones son muy viejos, el baño tiene un olor desagradable, como a humedad, cuando usas la regadera los rieles del cancel dejan pasar agua y va a dar a la recamara, tiene pocos contactos toma corriente, la puerta tiene mucho vidrio que deja pasar la luz de los pasillos, cuando vas a dormir parece que no apagaste la luz sigue todo iluminado, no tiene closet. Pero si tus únicas opciones son dormir en tu carro afuera de un Walmart o debajo de un puente, esta es tu mejor opción.

Llegamos y no sabían de nuestra reservación. Hasta que checaron en otra parte. En el baño de la habitación, no había accesorios para la toalla, ni para el rollo, tampoco tenía tapadera el sanitario. Al bañarnos se salía el agua y se hizo un charco. No pudimos dormir. Porque un grupo de huéspedes jóvenes estuvieron festejando. A las 5:30 que nos fuimos todavía seguían en la fiesta.

Hotel en Cuidad Valles

El hotel en general esta bien mantenido y decorado. Esta sobre la carretera que lleva de Ciudad Valles a distintos lugares turísticos de la huasteca potosina, por lo cual es un poco ruidoso. Solo consideraría este hotel en emergencias, es decir, si de plano no hay otros hoteles disponibles. En general es limpio, pero solo para salir de apuros.
