Such a warm welcome received, a stunning room - super size for our family of 4 and a lovely birthday card, balloon and chocolates for our son whose 9th birthday it was the day we checked in. 「Thebhotel and room were dated and room air-conditioning was poor. The sink in the hand bath was blocked and water ran slow. Toom is a bit dark. For almost 500 pounds a night i woild stay in the Premium inn next」

「All together fantastic! Amazing staff very streamlined checkin, solid bar area and food. Breakfast good, location excellent for walking around. Room spotless and whole thing just interesting decor, may not be everyone's vibe but for me loved it. I'll put it this way typically a hotel is more or less the last thing on your mind when recounting your trips adventures, but for this hotel it is almost an attraction in itself! Cannot recommend enough good value eventhough not cheapest.」
