"Check in was easy and staff was polite and efficient. Room was humid but large and tidy. Pools were very cloudy with visible hair and bugs floating on the surface. Not sure when the skimmer and drain are scheduled but it seemed like they had not been on in a while."

"Elevator was out our entire stay. I have a heart condition and they put me on the third floor. I asked to switch but nothing was available. The bed was very creaky anytime you moved. Would not stay again without elevator being fixed it really limited how much I could come and go due to the 3 flights ..."
