"Room was nice and the staff was great. However, there were a few issues. The bedsheet was dirty after the check in. We really wanted to lie down in the afternoon, but had to wait for the change of sheet which took 10-15 min. When we returned to the room after dinner, we spotted a rat near the ceiling. Then, we noticed a hole in the box of sweets that we had left in the room with crumbs lying around. The staff moved us to an adjacent room. But the whole thing took a while and we lost an hour of sleep. Even after that, I was not able to fall asleep because there were constant beeping noises from other rooms. This might have been because of the staff entering and leaving our old room for cleanup. But this caused another hour of lost sleep. When someone enters their room there is a beep. If the door is not closed fully, it starts beeping until you close the door. This was very annoying because you could constantly hear the beeps from the nearby rooms."

"The daily charges for the room fir a small town were very high and support system was not trained. I will never go back to this property."

"Rooms were dirty, cockroaches everywhere , bed bugs . Not at all worth to stay. On top of it , we were not given proper refund for the insured nights . Horrible is not the word, this hotel need to shut down. We have photo evidences of the all the issues faced. "

"I didn't sleep for 36 hours and didn't had food for 12 hours when arrived late in the afternoon at Shera Hotel and Banquet Navi Mumbai. Totally exhausted i expressed this towards the manager and staff. They acted at once, unburden me, ordered food for me, and settled me in my room. All in all Shera Hotel has a very professional and caring Manager and Team and they all speak very good english. I was positively surprised by the high quality standaard of the total staff. Furthermore the hotel itself is very modern and very clean meeting high standaards. Overall an excellent experience and for me a 10 out of 10."
