「已經信用卡完成付費，訂了2個房間。當晚9:30到達旅館，員工已下班，必須自助入住，但自助入住的機器壞掉，根本無法自助check in。 旅館有電話但完全無法連絡旅館相關人士。 當晚不只我們無法入住，還有其他旅客也遭遇相同情形。 我們只好摸黑另外付費找旅館，到了將近晚上12:00才成功找到住宿。 感覺差勁透了！應該要退費並補償有此遭遇的旅客。」

「Note that there is no elevator, which is common in Europe. However, the stairs are old and narrow, in wood and not even which is dangerous when going up and down with heavy luggages. Also, A/C is leaking on the carpet, and don't be fool by the pictures. The unit is very small. Between the wall and sofa, you have to squeeze in to walk by. Also, not very safe as the indoor door of the unit was not closing at all and not lock. The outside door close and lock but I would have felt more safe if the...
