「Personnel très agréable et sympathique Jolie chambre au calme 」

「Construction ongoing but noise and dust are kept in control. Room has been renovated recently and I got upgraded to the end room which is pretty roomy. Service is good and people working there are very pleasant and polite. Overall very satisfied stay (we stayed there for 3 days). Only minor complaint is the heater only went up to 21 degree and couldn’t go any higher. Felt cold i. 「It's small, very basic, but does the job for a few nights. It's clean and close to Aeroville (20min walk). Note that there is only 1 restaurant nearby. For the price, it's perfect. I would stay here again. 」

「Great Staff service but the room card system might need some update. Sometimes the card can't use for door or elevator. You might need to ask the counter to redo. The service staff deserve more support from the management team.」
