"Queued for 30 minutes at CDG airport outside in the cold waiting for a hotel shuttle bus which never came. When we finally reached the hotel the reception manager thought it was quite humorous and explained there have been no Hilton shuttle buses since Covid, SIX YEARS AGO. Might be nice if they changed the signage or put a rider on their website. The same manager then put us in a double room, after having booked a twin room and confirmed with him whilst checking in that it was in fact a twin room. "

"Very convenient hotel at Charles De Gaulle airport. It’s easy to get to from Terminal 3 and clean. The staff are very helpful and the food is good. This was my second stay and I’m planning on staying there again next month."
