「The hotel was under construction and it needed it. They waited way toooooo long to update the facility. We had a lot of problems with the older style door system losing the assignment. When we kept going down to reset the cards it was no surprise to them. The over all facility just needed help.」

「Room was clean, staff were super friendly. Only a few minutes from good eats. Only complaint was the bed. It was very hard. Was hard to sleep and our backs paid for it the next day. Also, room had a connecting door to next room. Unfortunately, small, screaming children were in the adjoining room and you could hear everything through the adjoining doors. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. Didn’t use pool, but looked very nice.」

「The location was so convenient for our stay to visit Hocking Hills! The welcome center and pencil sharpener museum were right across the highway, and 4 restaurants were within very easy walking distance. Walmart is less than a mile away as well as ice cream, mini-golf, a petting zoo and a great coffee stop. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast choices were plentiful, the hotel was clean, the pool was clean, and the kids loved getting complimentary cookies and...

「Location was great & the hotel was pretty clean. Disappointed that was told we would have adjoining rooms because we had kids with us but then when we got there was told they were already taken. Got to the room & there was basically no toilet paper or tissues. Had to go ask the desk for those. Then had to ask for towels & wash cloths because the maid service never came to our room. Overall it was a decent place, but a few disappointments.」
