「We've always had good experiences staying there, Manager and staff are super friendly. Place is always very clean.If we need anything, they take care of it right away. Breakfast is always good ,plenty of options to choose from」

「Dirty sheets, beds were uncomfortable and there was a hole directly under the sink that my dog could fit through and she’s a big pitbull. Water pressure was nonexistent and the water knob was completely broken off sitting on the side of the tub.」

「This hotel has gone downhill since the first time we stayed. They removed the treat jars from the elevators; the dog park is a disaster. They never have waste bags filled in the dispensers any time we have stayed. The gate on the opposite side of the park is completely off its hinges and was just lying on the ground. The whole point of a dog park is so dogs can't get out but with no gate they can get out. Not safe as an advertised dog park. The amenities for dogs are advertised as one thing...

「No bathroom clean, AC was making noise,breakfast is horrible is no option to eat cold egg or waffles maker is dirty, no coffee cup for night time we ask for her cup she was so rude, stuff look like never smile . We need to buy our breakfast from Tim Hortons and top of that room key is not work some time.seem like it was cheap hotel that they converted La Quinta I stayed so many times in the La Quinta in different states but time was bad experience I have it」

「The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The amenities were very simple. The carpeting in the hallway and in the room was a little worn and smelled a little bit old. The bed was very comfortable, it did have a little squeaky noise when you move around. Overall, it was a great experience. I would stay here again.」

「This place is very nice. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained. Amazing outdoor and indoor lounge spaces. Rooms very fresh and clean. Check in and check out times (3pm and noon) are not something you see very often anymore. Big plus if you don’t want to be rushed out in the morning. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel.」

「The overall stay was great the room was great we didn't get up in time for breakfast the negative thing the pool was closed however they offered me the option to cancel my reservation at check in or the use of a pool at another hotel that they own but overall I would stay there again」
