「The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.」

「Al llegar al hotel, mi reserva no coincidía con la que tenía el hotel. Me he alojado unos 10 años en este hotel y parece que ha cambiado de gerencia. El mantenimiento es precario. Así, por ejemplo, una lámpara de mi habitación no funcionaba y la otra, fluorescente, parpadeaba constantemente. A pesar de pedir que lo arreglaran (cambiar una bombilla no parece una labor titánica), no se ha sustituido ninguna de las luces. Los cuartos de baño merecen también un buen repaso. 「The room was clean. The welcome was great. All interactions with the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast and impressed that it included fresh fruit (many places don't offer this), dinner was good. The location, free parking and the lovely staff made this a perfect choice. 「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

Il y a une chose que vous devriez améliorer dans l'ensemble de vos campaniles c'est la bande rouge que vous mettez devant les marches. Soit c'est une bande fluo, soit vous installez une minuterie qui permet de la voir. Un jour vous aurez un problème. 」
