Had a lovely time here, the beds were so comfy and we got an upgrade to a room with a terrace which is beautiful. The perfect location to stay whilst exploring the west side of the island

Not able to effectively communicate the need to get transport to the airport at a certain time There was a drop off of our understanding. On the other hand I had a wonderful experience at a nearby pizzeria. Lovely people and so friendly. Very comfortable room and hospitality the next morning.

upon arriving at the hotel at 11:30 PM, I was shocked to find that there was no staff available to open the door. Instead, a sign indicated that the staff was out, along with a phone number to call. Despite multiple attempts, nobody answered the phone, leaving me stranded outside the hotel. As a result, I had no choice but to book an alternative hotel for the night. This unexpected inconvenience not only caused considerable stress but also led to additional expenses that were not part of my initial travel plans, i contacted expedia asking for refund, but expedia told me that the manager refused to refune my money.

Lovely!
Beautifully decorated house with all the comforts that makes you feel as if you are at home. Great location near the airport and for a day trip to Palermo

The room we stayed in was nice enough. Some furnishings were older looking but bathroom was recently done and more modern. What was the problem was our check-in. Arrived to find front door locked. I tried to text, email and called at least 4 different numbers until someone finally answered. Waited 10 minutes for someone to arrive and check us in. Since we were from the U.S. it was lucky I had internet and phone service. Many travelers do not. If I didn’t I’m not sure what would have happened. The gentleman who checked us in did recommend a nice pizza place within a 3 minute walk. It was delicious. We also hired him to drive us to the airport in the morning. He was punctual and a good driver!

I enjoyed my stay. It was nice to walk around the neighborhood. I enjoyed sitting outside on the roof patio, very beautiful. It was nice having the shuttle available to get to the airport for a very early flight. The driver was there on time and was very helpful. The shuttle is much cheaper than taking a taxi. Friendly staff.

NINO, the owner/proprietor is the BEST! He picked us up from the airport, and took us back at 4:44 AM! to catch our early flight. He's a great ambassador of Palermo and, according to his joyful self, the King of the Beach

We arrived at 12:30pm for check in. The front door was locked and there were no instructions on how to access the lobby. We rang the bell and knocked for about 10 minutes. No one came. We waited on the narrow street with our luggage until another guest walked out and opened the door for us. We walked into the empty lobby and looked at an empty welcome desk. We finally found a business card on the desk. We called the numbers. The first was disconnected. The 2nd was answered by a gentleman who shared he'd be over shortly. 15 minutes later, he arrived and asked us to pay before entering our rooms (They charged an extra 10 euro above what our initial reservation was for 'fees.') We booked two rooms for adults and kids. The room in the main bulding was spectacular. Exactly like the website pictures and what we expected. The other room was actually an adjacent facility and was nothing like the pictures. The AC downstairs did not work making the rooms unusable. We called and told it'd be fixed. It was not. The beds in the master were a twin and a child's princess bed (see pic). There was debris, ants, broken glass, random nails, broken shower spigot, trash in the appliances. The shower had very little water pressure. The front door had to be wrestled open There was a bag of used shoes in the master bedroom. The kids room had no AC. When we asked about other options, we were told this was all they had.

This a good place to stay for few days and visiting sicilia. People who work there are very kind. Only breakfast for us was not what we like 👍 Instead of this, we were very happy to be here and will came back again for sure

Stayed one night before our departure at airport, which is close to this property—but it is not a noise problem. Beach is nearby; we walked to it. Enjoyed dinner and dessert on the main street of the town. Room was comfortable. We had to depart before breakfast at 8 am. Would stay here again. Host is great! Arrange transportation to/from airport with host to save money.

We needed a place to stay with close access to the Palermo airport. This is super convenient, about a 15 minute drive. The area is pretty quiet. Two streets over is the Main Street with some shops and restaurants. They do all close for siesta. We had a hard time finding a late lunch spot and most shops were closed for the afternoon and early evening. The B&B was cutely decorated, The room was clean. The shower had good pressure and the bed was firm and comfortable enough. A little maintenance was needed; the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor and there was a small infestation of bugs coming in on one wall. We understand things like this happen and it may have been just timing. We did arrive to check in and found the property locked and unattended. There was a sign on the door with a number. We called and were told 10 minutes, but we waited 45. We would go back. The host was friendly and gave us a dinner recommendation.

This is a very charming B&B that is beautifully decorated and nicely located. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite large. I’d recommend calling ahead with your arrival time to make sure someone is there to meet you.

Great location near the airport in a nice town within walking distance of restaurants. TAM Casa Vacanze was a lovely small hotel, with nice, clean, roomy rooms.

Nice apartment for families in summer. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough water to take a second shower or the next morning to wash up on the second floor. There’s water downstairs though however it was trickling. Wonder if the owner forgot to turn on the water. Nice breakfast and staff are friendly.

It is a beautiful little place which is a shame because the service and attitudes are so bad. I waited outside in the dark for 30 minutes before i waa able to reach the owner on the phone. When he came and saw an older American with a lot of luggage the price of a ground floor room magically increased 10 euros. The staff started practically screaming in the hallway at 7:30 on Sunday morning so i decided to take a shower since sleep was no longer and option. When there is limited water pressure and hot water it is not a good idea to install waterfall shower heads. It is also nice if the bathroom light fixture holds 5 bulbs if more than 1 works! I went in to breakfast which should be renamed morning dessert - nothing but sugary pastries, cookies....really great if you are diabetic! And the woman in the breakfast room insisted on giving me green tea when i repeatedly asked for black. She even brought it to the table after i said no 6 times. I realized she didn't have any black tea so i went to get my own. This place was so stressful and unpleasant that i gathered my belongings and waited by the front door praying my scheduled car and driver would arrive early.

Amazing service! The room was lovely, very spacious, clean and tidy. Great facilities. Extremely dedicated and friendly staff. Allowed us to have a great varied breakfast at 4 am as our flight was really early and then took us to the airport. Definitely recommend this place!
