"The overall condition of this hotel is awful. At the front door there are mouse traps out, the cleanliness of the facility is poor. The safety lock on my door was broken and instead of replacing it they had screwed it into the door, well the screws are about to fall out. They could be removed with your fingers. The wallpaper is peeling, on and on. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. "

I tried to get moved to another room, but the agent customer support could not because of the owner not being available at the time 777 312"
