"No hangers in the room. I almost fell in the slippery tub when taking a shower. Smelled like pot everywhere. Garbage and cigarette butts all over outside. Some guy hollering and swearing for over an hour at 2 in the morning. "

"Fantastic staff! Lovely location off the 202. Love the full kitchen and laundry in the room. It was clean and comfy. The grounds were very well taken care of. Will stay here when we come to Phoenix. "

"Key card did not work after several attempts between front desk and room maintenance finally game and fixed the key but you had to push the handle up instead of down. No ice buckets you have to ask and they give you a trash bag. Breakfast was a coconut donut only nothing else available. The rook was a bit dirty with reminisce of prior stays on the bed platform (hair, crumbs of some sort). The a/c kept glitching and would not let you adjust it....will never stay here again!"

"It was a great place! Great breakfast. The gym could use more equipment. The tv could use an update so we can stream. We loved the pool, but wish it was open a tad later. "

"This place was absolutely terrible! There was a lady at the desk who was unfriendly, the room was not very clean. I pulled back the sheets and found a used straw in my bed. The shower curtain did not close at all and water went everywhere. Walking around in my socks, the socks were black like the floors have never been cleaned. The area outside and inside the building was extremely loud. You can hear everything from conversations, kids running in rooms to the traffic outside. Do yourself a favor and avoid your place! "

"The whole place is very sketchy. There is no lobby and transactions go through a metal pass through below a window. They charge a cash deposit because they supposedly cannot refund it on a card. There is no atm. This information should be clearly stated because most people do not carry cash these days. The rude woman behind the glass told me, over the sound of traffic just a few feet away, that I did know about the cash deposit. "
