The room had a piece paper on the door before entering the room and upon entering I was met with a foul,putrid,mucky smell and the sheets look 20 years old and haven’t been washed in 20 years either. The shower was broke and the sink was dirty as well. And I had to check out after maybe 30 minutes and I’m not even a picky person but this is single handily the worst motel I’ve ever seen and when I was checking out there was also another man infront of me in outrage about the status of his room as well so it wasn’t just a me think and the place also had horrible reviews online which I decided to ignore which was the dumbest decision I could’ve made!

The staff wasn't friendly. We only had sheets on our beds. We only got 2 bath towels for 2 people. No hand towels or washcloths. No bathmat. Cale wires were hanging loosely. There is a $10 mandatory housekeeping fee that ois written on the bottom of a form. Luckily we were there for only 1 night. Will not book here again!!!

Guests aren’t allowed access to the office. You have to check in through a window which is awkward especially since the manager has an accent that is difficult to understand. The swipe card for my room I was given has no room number on it. I have memory issues and forgot it. I was required to put down a $40 security deposit. I understand that will be refunded when I check out, but I don’t always carry $40 in cash. There is apparently no closet in this room. I needed someplace to hang up my clothes.

Excellent Service and the Customer Service was one of a kind, Great Parking and I think his name was Nick, the guy at the front desk was very helpful and I found myself not having to watch over my vehicle because of his constant surveillance 💯

Not the employees fault he did the very best he could but how the hotel was set up was crazy had pay cash deposits had a 2 hr wait befor we could check in so it was about 5:30 -6:00 before able to I had to check out at 7:00 am but had wait tell 9:00 am tell someone finally came to the counter so I could get the deposit back to leave

I did not know ahead of time but this room was more for staying long term. In other words, you must provide your own soap + toilet paper + utensils and cups. I had to go buy all that down the street unfortunately. Otherwise it was about what you would expect from a motel.

Hotel sold my room, said in order to stay there we would have to pay for an 'upgraded' room at double the cost we had already paid. Took an hour of back and forth and Expedia contacting them before they gave us a room without charging us more. They only collect cash deposits, which is fine if their front desk is staffed...it wasn't. When checking out, tried to leave at 7 am. No one there to give back deposit. Waited THREE HOURS before someone showed up to give deposit. Room was ok, was one of the 'upgraded' rooms but the hotel itself was run down. And they had no towels in the room, wasn't until day 3 they finally brought them after asking.
