Either Hotels lies or the hotel clerk never got the memo and instead made us all feel bad for arriving early"

"This is a wonderful place to stay in Napa. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, goes above and beyond. They accommodated my gluten sensitivity dietary restriction for breakfast. The hot breakfast is delicious.The outdoor area is quiet and large, with a nice hottub. Room was very quiet. We stayed during the week and was a great value for the money. Would stay here without hesitation if in Napa again."
