"Staff is excellent. Room good. Property has been neglected. Facilities in reception area closed. Food and beverage very poor. "

"We love staying here on our roadtrips, it works well for our family. This time our room was subpar. There was a horrible smell that could only be described as a “fart smell” in the room. We arrived late and the kids were so tired. They offered for us to change rooms, but we needed to get the kids to sleep. There was hair in the bathtub and the sink, something sticky on the floor and the bath mat was warm down and thread barren. I honestly thing it wasn’t cleaned or wasn’t cleaned property. We love this place, but this was a huge let down. "

"First room we were assigned smelled like literal death. We actually checked the closet for a dead body. Front desk sent a handyman (Tyler -was very polite) who brought a little machine to pump a gross air freshener into the room that he called "a housekeeping toy for some of the mustier rooms..." That upset my daughter's asthma so we requested a room change. Only other room available was a King Suite, which meant one less bed than the room we paid for. Because the first room was so awful we didn't have a choice but definitely feel like a discount should have been offered as we now had to configure sleeping arrangements with one less Queen bed. The pool on Friday night was so packed that you couldn't even fit in the jacuzzi area. There were 2 traveling ball teams and they were so loud with different speakers and were yelling and roughhousing. We were scared one of our young kids would get hurt so we eneded up going back to the room. No one from the hotel was monitoring the fact that there were obviously more people in the hotub than should have been for safety purposes and no one came out to tell the other guests to turn down their music (with profanity--this was at like 7pm mind you, not super late night) or to tell them to stop running and diving into the pool (which clearly had many no diving signs posted). The breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was fine. The staff was nice and the food was adequate but identical each day. ICE agents EVERYWHERE! Lots of unmarked vans in lot."

"Mixed reviews for this hotel. Room was clean but very outdated. Bathroom was poorly constructed with the door blocking the toilet and shower. Entire hotel needs an update with the times. Pool is okay but it’s just a large cement area but again decent. For a quick trip like mine, it was all fine. What I didn’t like is upon checkout, I was informed I had to pay a parking charge and front shop charge. First off, I travelled there for less than 48hrs and didn’t have a car so I never asked for parking. That ended up being removed from the bill but then according to the desk person I had a 22$ charge to the room from the front snack store. I never even stepped inside the store. Let alone purchased something to the room. I told the front desk that charge is incorrect and he told me the manager will have to investigate this but they are not currently here and the charge will have to go through in the meantime. I asked about the process when someone bills something to the room, and he assured me the person has to state their room number and last name. Well I travelled by myself so there wasn’t anyone else that could have done this and I’d personally love to see who charged it on the camera. This isn’t the first “unjustified charge” for this hotel on the internet , so there’s also that. I will be disputing this charge with both the manager and my credit card. It’s the principle. lol I didn’t even drink the water bottles in the room, let alone go eat the random process snacks. "
