"Everything was fine except the whole building was connected to heat despite it being high 70s outside. My room was 87 degrees on one night. They were able to cool it off somewhat and gave me a box fan but still should be unacceptable "

"I booked this hotel through Expedia specifically because it included breakfast and listed a working pool. When I arrived, the hotel refused to honor the breakfast that was clearly included in my reservation, even after showing my confirmation. On top of that, the pool was not working, which was another reason I chose this hotel. This was not communicated ahead of time. Very disappointing experience. If you advertise amenities like breakfast and a pool, they should be available or clearly disclosed before arrival. I would not have booked here otherwise."

"Gym was tiny. Property generally run down. Dog barking next door for the entire stay - staff was notified. Worst was maid threw out important documents we left on table - passport photos, security clearance for Marine base, information from college visits."

"The room and staff was very good! The only bad thing I had to say about the hotel was the hot water in our shower did not work well and the hallway on the floor we stayed on smelled like marijuana. I know in Fenver it is legal to smoke there I just don't want to smell it. "

And refused to return the charge after I explained that I am not a smoker. No evidence was provided because there was none. I travel often and I can confidently say this was one of my worst hotel experiences "
