"SHOWER BARELY SPRAYS. VERY BAD IN THE ROOM. COFFEE POT DOES NOT WORK. AC IN THE ROOM WILL NOT REGULATE PROPERLY. THE 6 AM COFFEE SHOP IS NEVER READY TO OPERATE UNTIL 630 AM. VALET PARKING COST IS 50.00, WHICH IS CRAZY, TOO HIGH. 34.00 FOR SELF PARKING IS CRAZY ALSO; IT SHOULD BE FREE. THREE DAYS ..."

Hyatt Regency Houston West
"There was a problem with the a/c in our room and the maintenance worker acted like it was our fault. He claimed no room the hotel could have its temp set below 68 degrees. But the unit was not working even at that temp. We had a very uncomfortable night of hot air blowing on us."
