It was difficult to get in as we needed an app to get in the apartment. The information given were misleading letting you think we could enter with a code. It took forever to get assistance. The place was “clean” in surface only. I had no sheets on both beds, we ask multiple time to get this fixed, but from lack of personal or communication they were never delivered. For me it’s a 2/10 only because of service to customers.

The apartment itself was dirty. There was nothing done about it except a 50 dollar credit abd them listening to the laundry list of things that were wrong. The hot water lasted 5 minutes and they told me it couldnt be repaired until the day i was checking out. Luckily, maintenence on site kindly came and adjusted it for me. Highly disappointed.

The buildings are refurbished student housing. The walls are thin and we could hear other people’s conversations in their apartments from the hallways and vice versa. People put their garbage outside of their doors to be picked up the next day and it just causes the hallways to smell and look bad when you first enter. The elevators were not clean either. The unit owner of the apartment we stayed in was very communicative and as helpful as one could be being remote. We stayed for 3 days and the unit owner stayed in contact with me every day. There was a welcome card with the WiFi and nearby eateries and 2 small snacks of chips and cookies for us. The apartment was simply and beautifully furnished. The customer support was rude and very unhelpful, however. We called customer support because the first building we went to did not have the unit number we were assigned. We did what the email told us and called the manager but due to the hour, she was not in. Then we called their customer support. The person, believed to be female, began reading directions of how to get to the property; we were already there. When I told her we were already at the property, she continued to read the directions word-for-word from the email I had already followed the directions to. When I tried to explain to her I’d already followed those directions, she got very snippy and rude, cut me off while talking and then just hung up on me. That’s how my stay got started.

Do NOT be fooled by the Aesthetics

Honestly I'm extremely disappointed regarding the condition of the property upon my arrival. The check-in process was frustrating and time-consuming! Nearly took an hour before I was able to gain access! No clear instructions regarding parking called multiple times and no one was available. I had a difficult time locating the fobs, Later that night, I received a call asking me to return the fobs to another resident—something that was not mentioned in any of the original instructions. This added unnecessary confusion and inconvenience to an already frustrating experience. It was immediately clear that the property had not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. I was unable to check in at the scheduled time of 5 PM, and someone came at 6 PM claiming they were there to “make the beds.” However, upon entering the unit, I discovered dirty, stained sheets on both beds, which I had to go to the grocery store to purchase detergent to wash myself before I could even lay down. Additionally, there was overflowing trash directly outside the door, trash left in the bathrooms, and noticeable stains on the chairs. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable and far below what should be expected. The elevator smells terrible!

Overall great stay, very good communication from owners! Apartment is really nice and and area seems pretty safe. The apartment is fully furnished and had everything we needed, we did not hear the neighbors at all during our stay. The door lock seemed to have been switched recently and the new one did not work during our stay.
